Healing Water

Water is not a lifeless substance as is generally thought; it can absorb vibrations of sound, light, heat and other physical elements. Most surprising is that it can reflect human feelings because of its very subtle nature. Instead of drinking water unconsciously, if you drink water consciously for healing, there will be a greater impact.

The healing power of water has been known for many centuries. Drinking water from certain cold or hot springs is found to have good healing powers. Water Therapy

Water therapy is nothing but the use of water extensively to improve our own health.
According to an ancient Sanskrit reference “Usha Kaala Chikitsa” one has to drink 1.5 litres of water without even brushing the teeth. It is very essential to note that no drinks like tea, coffee, milk or any form of solid food should be taken within 1/2 hour to one hour before and after drinking water. Also using any form of alcoholic drink the previous night is also strictly prohibited. This water therapy is known as Indian or Chinese Water Therapy. This therapy has a wide range of health benefits; or at least no bad effects. While ingesting about a 1.5 litre of water is usually harmless, this is approaching the level which can lead to water intoxication, an urgent and dangerous medical condition. Activist of water therapy state that application of water therapy at first will cause multiple bowel movements until the body adjusts to the increased amount of fluid.
